

The basis of this review is to discuss next steps for the Kickstarter, this including future employment opportunities, a review of their overall performance and business contribution and matching upcoming opportunities with their skill set. As part of this commitment and in conjunction with the ongoing support, training, and regular monthly reviews with Pastoral Support, we will also hold an end of placement review in month five. We are committed to supporting our Kickstarters in finding meaningful placements which offer them exposure, experience, and real responsibility. This will be specific to the type of work the Kickstarter is carrying out and will be confirmed with the placement manager and the Learning and Development team prior to start. Environmental, Recycling and Community engagement skills will be developed. Will be supported and developed by several managers involved in the desired outcomes of this area of work. The Pastoral Support will always be the first point of contact. The pastoral care is the responsibility of our Pastoral Support Officers who are responsible for the recruitment and management of the Kickstarter and placing them on a contract.
